A representative by the name of Madison helped me through this entire process and assisted me in not only changing my policy over but she also dove into my current policy the New York plan five had me on and helped get me a cheaper deductible with my vehicle insurance as well finding other discounts to add to my policy. Had it not been for her patience and due diligence I would have been paying a higher monthly insurance bill for sure. Anytime I have a question or concern she takes the time to explain everything to me regarding my specific policy’s. I will be a State Farm customer for life. "This office is wonderful! The staff is personable, responsive, professional and knowledgeable! Most of all they actually care about you. Saving a dollar here and there is not worth trading having an office that cares. An office that cares does regular reviews to make sure your policy meets your needs, and they do that. Cheap Online insurance will never beat that, because that becomes the difference when something unthinkable actually happens. Like when I got my liability insurance, they asked me a lot of questions about what I do exactly, what tools are needed so I had accurate coverage. A few years later my work trailer was stolen with all my tools they really helped me walk through the process so I could get what I needed to continue working as fast as possible. Brenda is always quick to send COI’s to companies that I am doing business with which is a great help. I’ve been insured by this office since I was 16. It started with car insurance, and has moved up to life, home, auto, and general liability for my business."

"I want to personally thank Brenda Nutter. My husband and I were in Springfield car shopping on a Saturday, I emphasize shopping was the plan. Well I ended up falling in love with a car that day.
